This information will be incorporated into the Express Services Agreement. This Agreement will also include any fees for services not included in the Standard Package. To get started, approve this agreement and place your order.

With the Services Agreement and your form specifications, the Express Start team will use their expertise to create professional quality form designs for the Pendragon Forms mobile data collection application.

In just a few days, you will have working form designs that you can test on your Palm Powered handhelds and Pocket PCs.

Put the software on your handheld and give data collection a try.

After your hands-on evaluation, let the design team know what changes need to be made.

The Express Start team will incorporate your changes and send back the revised forms.

Place the final designs on your PC and handheld devices. Now your project is off and running!
